Automation & Robotics is a Belgian machine manufacturer with more than 25 years of experience, mainly in the ophthalmic industry where we are the world-leader in automated solutions for the control, engraving, pad printing, finishing, packaging and dispatching of lenses. Among our customers we can mention Essilor, Hoya, Transitions, Rodenstock & Thai Optical who installed large production sites in Asia, more particularly in Thailand.

Since the production of lenses is more and more outsourced from Europe and USA to Asia it has been essential for us to open a Representative Office in Thailand to improve the proximity to our customers. Our office opened its doors in October 2008 with 2 employees. Paul Pitot, expat from Belgium, is our technical support engineer and office manager. Sarisa Katethong his Thai assistant is in charge of the administration.

The office is located in Moo Baan Nukkreela close to Suvarnabhumi airport.
