Important update on foreign income!
The Bangkok Post reports that Thailand's Revenue Department is preparing a draft legislation to amend the tax collection rules on foreign income remitted to Thailand.

What does it mean?
If a Thai taxpayer earned foreign income before 2024 and remitted it after the year it was earned, that income will not be subject to Thai tax under the current rules.
