INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY WITH BELUTHAI

The Belgian-Luxembourg/Thai Chamber of Commerce (BeLuThai) is offering an Intern position. 

The programme provides students with the opportunity to learn about BeLuThai, business information, and the services we provide to our members.

Internship period: 

1. January - March 2024

2. April - June 2024

3. July - September 2024

4. October - December 2024

Interns will be required to perform support, operational, and administrative tasks, both remotely and onsite. We provide job training with BeLuThai staff members, which benefits both the student and employer.

Job Description

BeLuThai Internship Programme

- Communication: Handling Social Media platforms and connecting with members, website updates, the weekly newsletter, design and develop marketing and promotion strategy.

- Events: Event planning and invitation, support overall organization, contact vendors and other parties involved, and assist Executive Assistant for invoices and receipts.

- Database Management: Update new and resigned company profiles and contacts and create membership survey on various topics.

- Market Research: Gather information about doing business in Thailand: laws, registration, visa requirements etc., recognize and approach reliable partners that we could recommend to new entrepreneurs to help them set up their company in Thailand. 

- Meetings (Board of Director, Embassy and other parties): Attend and transcribe minutes of meetings and write annual reports.
